What Is Causing My Persistent Vaginal Muscles Twitch?

Hi,my vaginal muscles have recently started twitching for hours on end at all times of the day,like a pre-orgasm.It is quite irritating to have this constant sensation.I am almost 46 and otherwise healthy although I have had a bit of weight increase in the last 3 months too.
