What Is Causing My Persisting Headache And Abdominal Pains?

hi im wondering if i have anything in specific, i feel worse in the morning and have a headache constantly feel sick and have stomache pains. Also i hear my stomache groaning and bubbling as if i havnt eaten when i have. i have recently been getting lower back pains too. can you help?
