What Is Causing My Severe Headache And Pain In Neck And Shoulder?

I am a 41 year old male and was involved in a car accident. Since the collision I have had an MRI on my neck and it discovered that at C6 and C7 there is a broad-based posterior disk osteophyte complex with loss of cerebrospinal fluid anterior to the cervical cord. There is left neural foraminal narrowing I have constant pain in my neck, left shoulder, and protrudes down my arm into my hand and fingers. I have minimal use of my left arm. My accident occured on March 30 2011 and I am also haveing severe headaches What does this mean and what can I do? Please help me. My Doctor has put me on nerve blocker's and a couple of different pain medication's along with steroids and multible injections. Nothing seems to be working. It's getting worse. I cant sleep at night and the pain is sometime's debilitateing.
