I have little red bumps on my penis and thighs, the ones on my penis are painless and botherless, they dont bother me at all, I have one on my testicals, it's sometimes itchy, mostly when I'm in the shower, I also have a bunch of small little red dots on my thighs that are very itchy, Everything is painless, just mostly itchy.
