What Is Causing The Pain Around My Incision Area With Weight Loss?

I am 51 hrs old and had a hysterectomy 18 months ago. I am the text book case for endometrial cancer. No children, hbp, obesity, POCS, history of hyperplasia. I have been having pain around my incision area (my left side above the naval). I'm told it could be the start of a hernia but I'm worried it might be metastasis to the wall. I'm also losing 7 lbs every 3 months without dieting. I find myself eating one meal a day. No nausea but no desire to eat. I'm making excuses for all my symptoms and fear I might not know when to tell my doctor about the problems I'm having.
