What Is Diprofos And What Does It Heal Need Help

What is diprofos and what does it heal
Need help i have problem of itch scalp of my head sometimes the hair falls and forms wounds one time i was given diprofos injection and the scalp healed but after some years the problem was back i was injected with diprofos but it resisted the problem is still on what injection can i be injected with?please help
