What is echogenic debris in the liver and what should be done about it? I have had itching for about three weeks and the bilirubin is high. I had an ultra sound and am getting a lab (blood) test this Friday. The Dr. wants to do an endoscopic procedure if the count remains high this Friday. I had one done before due to stones in the liver. Gall Bladder has been removed.
