What Is Going On When I Cough Much Of The

What is going on when I cough much of the time and especially when I need to use the restroom? I have a hiatal hernia. But also some GERD and some chemical asthma. It is like the esophagus and throat along with stomach entry....create a spasm type of response! I am seeing doctors for each problem, but I am not well controlled in how my life is lived day to day.
