What Is Hypotention ? And Do I Have It ?

What is hypotention ? And do I have it ? My normal bp is 90/60...my p.c.p. knows about it..I was hurt at work to my neck in 1996 and advized NOT to have surgery , that it would make me never to be able to walk again....and now I have very bad nerve damage...neuropathy... And possibly the early signs of Parkinson's...I am also epileptic , and have panic attacks...also , have vitamin D3 , B12 , and B6 loss....
