What Is It Called When A Man You're Divorced From

What is it called when a man you're divorced from for 40 years will call every 5-10 yrs. This last time he called was after New Year's of 2016 and said he was assessing his life. Then he proceeded to accuse me of infidelity and going into bars and picking up men. Never did he bring this up in our 2.5 yrs of marriage (yeah only 2.5 yrs) nor in all the decades since did he once do this before. He seems to need to rehash a ton of stuff from over 40 yrs. ago. What is his problem? Please I need to know. I have asked the police to call him and tell him to stop calling. I don't trust this individual at all and he was convicted of a serious crime back in 1985.
