What Is It When Your Sinus Drains Heavily In Your

What is it when your sinus drains heavily in your throat that causes you to cough up mucus and lose your appetite? I have already been to a allergy doctor and I am not allergic to any thing in the environment. I have also had sinus surgery. I think my acid re flux is also contributing to the nausea. Please help me.
