What Is Meant By Straightening Of The Normal Cervical Lordosis ?

i have congenital fusion of C 2-3 there is straightening of the normal cervical lordosis.there are modic endplate changes at C 5-6 there is a 2 to 3 mm posterior disc osteophyte complex complicated by facet arthopathy associated with bilateral moderate to severe neureforaminal stenosis..at C3-4 is 1 to 2 mm posterior disc osteophyte complex complicated by facet arthropathy associated with mild to modererate left neuroforaminal stenosis.at C 4-5 facet arthropathy and uncovertebal hypertrophy contribute to mild left neuroforaminal stenosis.at C 6-7 there is a 1-2 mm posterior disc osteophyte complex associated with moderate to severe left neuroforaminal stenosis.
