What Is My Risk Of HIV From Fingering A Sex Worker With Torn Cuticles, Followed By A Hand Job, While Having Sore Throat And Flu On Day 14?

Hi Doctor, I am very anxious about my situation. I am make and i met sex worker and i fingered her in Vagina. She also put lubricant on her vagina and than from same hand she did hand job on me. I did cuticles removal 3, 4days back so my mails cuticles were torn. Can you tell me what are my chances of contracting hiv from said exposure. No intercourse of any type happened except vagina fingering from myside. After 3 days i developed mild sore throat and body aches . I would like to mention that i was very anxious moment i came out of that place. I did HIV RNA test on day 10th which was not detected and HIV antibody duo test which was non reactive. Today on day 14th i am suffering from severe cold, flu, sore throat and cough. Could it be HIV or General cold.. I am under lot of stress and everywhere on internet its mentioned that is negligibe activity but these symptoms are killing me. Please need your advice and does HIV RNA usually detects virus in 10 days after exposure?
