My sister have small size myometrial fibroid in uterus, her age is 41 and weigh is 62-64 kg since last 7-8 months he is suffering from high bleeding in peroids comparitively earlier , so she consult a gynic and in sonography a small size of myometrial fibroid have been diagnosed and the size is fibroid is = A1.2*1.8*1.3cm please suggest weather it is necessary to operate or can be dissove with medidcins?
