What Is Prominent Bilateral Para Nasal Sinus Disease?

I recently had an MRI to see if the recently diagnosed lung had spread to my brain. It had not. However, it was noted "Prominent bilateral paranasal sinus disease". I had surgery 1/2013 for chronic infection and blocked sinuses. Is this new or is it an ongoing part of the previous problems?
