What Is Small Rash On The Butt Crack?

I have a rash on the top of my butt crack and it goes down about an inch. I got a massage yesterday with a ton of different oils and couldn't take shower for 12 hours and was wondering if some of it was from the different oils and I am having an allergic reaction to them or if it is a yeast infection?
