What Is Symptom Of Petechiae?

Hello, I have a concern regarding a small area on my inner ankle bone that presents small pin head dots. These dots are present also grouped just below the ankle bone. I can' t remember any trauma there. They don't expand but they will not go away. I have them for about 1 month but no other symptms. Is it possible that this could be petechiae caused by a blood disorder? Thank you
