What Is The Average Size Of Penis In 17 Years Of Age?

I am in stage 3 of puberty according to a calculator, My voice is still very high and my penis hasn't grwn in girth or length really, I am 17 and a late bloomer and very self conscious about my penis. For stage 3, is 3.75" erect average? and hw much growth can i expect?
