hi i am delayed 1 month.my last menstruation was on January 18 about 3 to 5 days duration. I am irregular in menstruation.Also I have a son,8 months old under cesarian operation. But I found out yesterday that I am pregnant through pregnancy test.what is the best thing that I will do?
