What is the best treatment for PsA. I have been diagnosed with PsA 1 1/2 years ago and have tried pregnizone, then mexa.., now on Gabapentin with a weak and useless Rx of NSAiDs Is this the course of action or are their other avenues that have help me better because what I am no does not do much at all and I am taking 600 mg of Gaba,,,, for about 4 months - nothing!! Also do you have a mental health protocol with this diagnoses? I am getting many incidents of depression and anxiety/panic attacks. What would you recommend...
