What Is The Best Treatment For Blocked Fallopian Tubes?

hi as a result of PID my left fallopian tube is completely blocked and my right one is slightly blocked which has left me infertile... in a couple years time i do want kids and IVF is the only way possible for me to have kids ive just found out that having blocked tubes will decrease the chance of sucsessfull IVF... do you think the best option is to remove my fallopian tubes..
