What Is The Best Treatment For Fibromyalgia?

Hello, I am 34 yr old mother of 2. I am a non smoker & 2-3 beers a few times a week. I do have fibromyalgia (sp) which causes me quite a bit of daily pain. I'm om Opana ER 15mg every 12 hrs with oxycodone 10mg every 12 hrs. I have had gastric bypass & am on a ton of supplements. Although, I do occasionally forget to take them. I also take Seasonale birth control & zoloft for depression. I get a sore tongue quite often. I have had geographic tongue from time to time & aggrevated taste buds weekly & canker sores a few times a month. This has been going on since I had braces in the 6th grade. Tonight I was looking under my tongue & noticed that I have an almost black strip on each side of my tongue. It looks like my veins. I looked at my 16yr old's tongue & it looks NOTHING like mine. Should I be worried?
