What Is The Best Treatment For Infertility?

MYself Neelanchala beg to state that i have lost my first male baby in june2008. after that i hane tried for last 2 years but my wife not got pregency.what may be the reason ? for that i have very much worried. Doctor says that all the medical reports are ok . now i have recently consulted a good gynecologist and she said that due to the menturation problem the egg becomes disolved. what can i do please suggest because i have married in feb.2007
