What Is The Best Treatment For Neurofibroma?

hi, i am maldivian guy, recently i have been to Trivandrum, India and my wife spend almost one year for a teatment of a skin condition known as neurofibroma on her left cheek. We have seen a doctor at Ananthapuri hospital whos a specialist in plastic surgery. the treatment was removing the swelling part of cheek upto bones and covering that area with skin produced with sort of silicon tissue expander bags. But still that side of face looks ugly and i need to see a cosmetic surgeon and i want to know whats the proposed best treatment to be given and what would you prefer?
