What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Me and my husband have been trying for a baby. I have had some weird symptoms naseau, sore breasts, a dull ache in my abdomen for a week and a sore neck for the past two days in the morning. My period was due on the nineteenth it did not come I did a home pregnancy test it was negative. Yesterday I started some light bright red bleeding not a colour I have had before enough for two towels over two days. Any ideas?
