What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

I have a 33 day cycle. On day 34,35,36,37 I had brownish discharge/spotting. On day 38,39,40 I had a medium flow. We are trying to conceive and have been temping and charting. Which day would I consider day 1 of my cycle. day 34 or day 38? Thank you!
