What Is The Best Way To Treat My Sacralization Of

What is the best way to treat my sacralization of L5? It has cause my vertabre to go sideways causing lumbar scoliosis. I've had scoliosis since I was little, but they didn't find out about the sacralization until a few last week. I am 15 years old and the pain from the scoliosis is unbearable. My parents believe surgery would help. What's your opinion?
