What Is The Boil On My Daughter's Eyebrow?

Hi my duaghter had a spot on her eyebrow yesterday. Today it is huge, inflamed and has spreaded to her forehead and eye socket, it is of boil proportion, it is giving her a headache. She plucked her eyebrows 3 days ago? We intend to wait until morning to see a doctor, could it be a simple inflamed folical?
