What Is The Brown Mole On My Lower Stomach?

I have had a brown mole on the lower left side of my stomach for two years now,its more internal, I am 19 years old and im not sure if it is something to be concerned about. Please could you tell me what this is?

Also this winter I have had red rashes on my fingers and after researching on the internet have found it could have been something to do with Cryoglobulinemia or pneumonia....
