What Is The Bump On My Penis Head?

Hey doctor I m 18 and have not had any type of sex and I ve noticed this bump on my penis like 3 days ago and I won t go away. Then today I noticed a red rash not close to the bump and the rash did burn. Could this be irritation? And the bump a pimple or a bug bite? I m having anxiety attacks because I m scared that this is gonna keep me from ever having sex.
