i live in Toronto, ontario, canada, it s minus 4 out-cold, so no real insects around, i was just exercising on my rug and got a sudden onset of extreme itch between my big toe, like a spider bite or something, beesting, but i felt zero discomfort or pain, just this insatiable itch which i tore at, it subsided in 5 mins or so but i thought it weird. after exercising i walked in my spare room on a hard floor and there felt like i was walking on a pebble between my toes so looked and it was very swollen, the skin between the toes where they attach and under the base, anyhow it feels to be the size of a nickel and reddish, no longer itchy but i want to take a benedrl in case it s an insect bite as i have been known to be allergic to them at times and some creams containing DHA have made my face swell up hugely and had to go get a benedryl inj. before.........are there any little common spidres or bugs that could cause this? i have never seen bugs in here and there are no raoches, very clean place? Jackie-oh i weight 140, benedryl dose pls? i have 25 mg tabs. i am a vet. technician and we use it on dogs for acute allergic reactions to stings.......lol.......seriously we do.
