What Is The Cause And Treatment For Ankle Swelling?

I am Krishna from Mumbai I have swelling of my both ankle .its goes sometimes and few weeks its comeback. & my right knee also pain but I do yoga class every day but when I band & sit in vrajrasan pain will start now that knee some clot I feel so pls suggest medicine for cure
