What Is The Cause And Treatment For Dark Tan On Face?

Hello Doctor, I am from Bangaluru and the strange thing about my body color is that only my face is darker but my entire body is fairer as compared to my face. It looks like someone has kept a dark face on the fair body. Just want to know why is it like this.
