What Is The Cause And Treatment For Diarrhea?

I have had diarrhea for two days now. For awhile it was most of the time off and on but usually at least every two hours. I am not usually sick so I just thought it was a cleaning out time. I have not ate. I have been trying to keep fluids going. I have been using Pepto but it has not seemed to help. No temperature. Is there anything you could recommend. I am not sure I can drive anyplace and not make a mess. YYYY@YYYY d
