What Is The Cause And Treatment For High Creatinine Level?

I have high creatinine level I believe it is because I work out with very heavy weights, my BUN/CREATININE RATIO is 14 my regular creatinine level is 1.59. How can I remedy the issue without effecting my regular work out routine. Im curious if there are any know medications to lower the levels without effecting the performance of my workout
