What Is The Cause And Treatment For Pain In Hip?

Hello, I was running around the house with my dog playing tug of war Untill. Smacked my leftside of the abdoman on a door handle. The discomfort is around my hip but à little bit further up. The pain is malin g me feel sick i have à sickly feeling and the pain goes around my back. I went to hospital they done blood tests, urinal xray and ecg my liver reading was 80 and the à and e doctor wanted me to see the surgons they thought it was down to drink and told me to look after my self and off i went. But he did feel my left side of the stomach and said its pretty full but when you press down weather its in the centre or the side where I hit it it hurts the whole of my stomach. I have cold hands and feet sometimes sweat too. But the pain can be both sides even though i just hit the left. My ecg recorder said my heart rate was 98 so I was borderline tacycardic at one point i couldint pass stoop for two days aswell as my wee changing from yellowy to orange this happend once. My bowls seem to be ok at the moment but my pain is worse and i feel sick constantly any ideas on what i have done?
