What Is The Cause And Treatment For Pain In Mid Back?

I ve had a pain at the left mid back for roughly 2 years, I ve mentioned it to my former doctor and my new doctor, I even left a urine sample for my former doctor & he never had it tested. I don t have an infection nor do I have any unusual vaginal discharge. I did have a ultra sound done a little over two years ago and the gal said she saw something there but it was hard to tell for sure because it was cloudy, that s all I ever heard about it. The pain is consistent except when I lean forward or lay on that side, then it gets worse. I can t help but think somethings not quite right but would expect one or the other of doctors to address it. But then again not long ago I had a scan done of my abdomen and they foubd a spot on my liver, mentioned it to my new doctor and allhe wanted to know was if he got that info. he did but I haven t anything else from him. What do I do now? Well, I d like an answer but I m on disability so I don t have any money, once again I m on my own so I lljust keep on suffering through it. Thanks anyway.
