What Is The Cause And Treatment For Painful Urination?

I have had urine pain for over a month and a half, urine culture has come back negative twice did std test for chlamydia that was negative uti as well was negative still having blood in urine negative pregnancy test. Got a pap smear yesterday waiting on those results but my doctor does not think I have a yeast infection but is treating me for it any way. I have been taking azo and other over the county pain relief urine pill and just want answers.
