What Is The Cause And Treatment For Penile Infection?

thin smelly white film on foreskin and head of penis causing skin to stick to head . I wash off daily but it reoccurs all the time. Iv had the problem in the past but it disappeared for 2 years and now its back. Iv been to my gp who says its over production of smegma. The smell is the worst effect and tends to be worse in hot weather. Otherwise my foreskin is perfectly healthy.
