What Is The Cause And Treatment For Recurring UTI?

Greatings Dr! My name is Wille,I am a 28 yrs old male 6 2 65kg weight from Tanzania,,i have been having a problem with the reccuring U.T. I for about 5months i took several medicines as prescribed from hospital but i am being disappointed that the cure isn t permanent..some dosage i took includes Cipro(after Sensitivity&Culture test but it didnt work) sometime later i had a powercef injection 1g for 5 days after this i could have atleast a month fit before UTI recurred again,i had Azuma and 2 weeks later Cipro&Dox..i have no other symptoms apart from fever,yellowish urine and body weakness.Hygenically i am trying my best on the proper use of toilets,keeping my pants clean my only weekness is on drinking water.. My Recent Urine test result are: UBG Normal 17 umo1/L *BIL 1+ 17 umo1/L *KET +- 0.5 mmo1/L *BLD 3+ =Ca200Ery/uL PRO Neg NIT Neg *LEU 3+ =Ca500Leu/uL GLU Neg SG =1.030 Ph 5.5 Kindly help me Doctor..Thanks
