What Is The Cause And Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain?

My mother is having severe stomach pain.. We gave pantoprazole iv that gave relief for two hours but now pain is agrravating again shifted to nearby hospital.. They prescribed Ringer lactate iv drip , omeprazole intavenous, buscopan IV and ondasetron IV.. No significant relief since half an hour .. Kindly suggest
