What Is The Cause And Treatment For Subarachnoid Hemorrhage?

I was diagnosed with 9 fibroids, the largest being at 10 cm and my uterine size is 20 cm I had gone for a 1st opinion to a gyn urologist and he mentions he can do a myomectomy but he was not enthusiastic to do due to possible bleeding complications; I went to a second opinion who reviewed my MRI report and he was confident he could do a myomectomy but did not feel as confident when he repeated the sono; both seem to be pointing me to a SAH; what does uterine size/shape have to do with the decision? I am really confused; SAH seems so final for a benign condition; I am 42 yrs old, never had the wisdom to freeze my eggs and I am not in a relationship so my family is also pushing for the SAH; apparently I am not a candidate for egg freezing at this age
