What Is The Cause And Treatment For Vaginal Itching?

Hi. Two days ago, I felt itchy down there, particularly in my vulva. I scratched it, and when I woke up it hurts. I checked and saw that I have a wound down there. It hurts and sometime's itchy, I've been losing sleep.I used Betadine antiseptic to wash it and it really helps. What can I do to make the wound heal faster? Also is there anything that I can do to relieve the pain and itch? I don't have other problems, I don't have a discharge and peeing doesn't hurt. Pls help me. Thank you so much.
