What Is The Cause And Treatment For Vaginal Itching?

hi..due to itching I had a minor ulcer on my virginal area... so I applied olive oil.... on the second day I got my period and wasnt easy for me. so I askd a friend n she suggested to use candiderm cream.... on fifth day I showed to a gynecologist n she prescribed to use mupirocin ointment.. tld me itching is due to infection... now im using this... bt today I noticed the ulcer has swollen and cluster of blisters has developed on both virginal area and on butt.... i still having my period... what can I do now... should I stop this ointment before going to the doctor..
