What Is The Cause Of Bumps On Face?

im 13 and have bumps spreading all over my right cheek now some are staring to appear on my neck and left cheek. They have scabs on them even though im not picking at them they dont itch and they are not pimples. I know what pimples look like this looks like a rash but the bumps are bigger and more spread out. I just want to know what to get that will help my face.
