What Is The Cause Of Dark Underarms?

Hi doctor, i have very dark underarms. i had tried all the regular solutions that people give and nothing works out. i want to try peeling now. is it safe. do i have to consult doctor and do it or by derma under arm peeling agent and do it by myself
