What Is The Cause Of Discoloration Of Penis?

Hello I am 35 years old, 6'2, 200 lbs and I have disoloration of my skin on my penis and some on my butt which is about 1.5 inches away from my anus on both sides runing up and down. Is there any remedies for these conditions or not? I noticed this a year or so after using a tanning bed could this be a hyperpigmented area and is there any bleaching procedures for these problems?
