What Is The Cause Of Headaches, Nausea And Vomiting?

I was elbowed in the temple 2 days ago and have had a constant dull headache ever since. I have also had several spells of nausea and vomitting and the area is EXTREMELY tender to the touch. I it likely to be anything serious or will it go away in its own time? (22 yr old female with no health issues)
