What Is The Cause Of Pressure Sensation In Nose And Numbness In Throat?

I have been having pressure in nose, white lines in cheeks on both sides, numbness in back of throat. No congestion. This has been going on for 9 months. They are saying allergies is causing all this, but I live in mn and it's cold here now...plus no congestion what ever. Any thoughts?
