What Is The Cause Of Rashes On Abdomen?

I have had a rash in my waist line, first it starts to itch then red bumps are visible which won't break even if you scratch them. After some time it turns black and leaves a black spot (scar) on the skin. This rash comes and goes but now I get it in my stomach and in the sides nearly up to my armpits.
